Apartment Maintenance – Monroe, LA
Pay: $14/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm
Requirements:

Previous maintenance experience is required.
Responsibilities:

Perform general repairs throughout the property.

Repair and paint sheetrock.

Replace light switches, face plates, and other basic electrical components.

Change filters in heating and air conditioning units.

Replace light bulbs and complete routine maintenance tasks as needed.
