Job Requirements
- Manage customer accounts to ensure timely delivery, quality performance, and customer retention
- Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone and email
- Collaborate with the estimating team to finalize quotes and lead times
- Enter and manage sales orders, including cost analysis
- Support lead generation and actively contribute to sales growth
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management
- Work closely with Territory Managers to enhance team selling efforts
Job Responsibilities
- Strong verbal, written, and digital communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Willingness to learn industry products, processes, and terminology
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
