Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Engineering & Process Improvement

Coordinate order setup from planning through final output; create and maintain detailed manufacturing instructions.

Monitor production processes to identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven improvements.
-
Oversee material testing (tensile, charpy, chemical analysis) and ensure all results meet customer requirements.

Maintain and update SOPs and work instructions in compliance with ISO 9001; review industry and customer standard changes.
Additional Responsibilities
-
Manage inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate material records in Shoptech or similar systems.

Ensure proper stock levels of tees, cylinders, saddles, and caps.
-
Prepare travelers, MTRs, inspection packages, and maintain test result documentation for traceability.

Create CAD drawings for customers and the production floor.

Update production schedules, backlogs, and summary reports.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Welding Engineering (or related field).

5–10 years manufacturing experience, including 3–5 years in metal/steel processing.

Strong background in process engineering and data analysis.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (including Access) and CAD software.

Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience with welding operations and ASME Sec. IX.
-
Background in equipment installation, commissioning, or process improvements.
-
Knowledge of NDT methods (PT, MT, UT, RT, ET) and advanced statistical process control.
