Now Hiring: Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic
Location: Alexandria, LA
Pay: $20/hr DOE (Depending on Experience)
Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment including loaders, excavators, dozers, and trucks

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation

  • Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems

  • Keep accurate service and maintenance records

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Work closely with supervisors and operators to minimize equipment downtime

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a diesel or heavy equipment mechanic

  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems

  • Ability to read and interpret service manuals and schematics

  • Own basic set of tools (company provides specialty tools as needed)

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

  • Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus but not required)
