Westaff is hiring for RMA

Quality Technicians in Farmington, CT

Shifts:  Monday – Friday 7am -3:30pm

Pay: $22.00 an hour 

RMA Quality Technician Position: 

• The primary focus will be conducting detailed analyses to determine the root causes of products returned under RMA.
• The technician will also be responsible for completing root cause analyses and entering the results into several systems.

Requirements of RMA Quality Technician Position:

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 6 months related experience.
• Ideal candidate should have a background with PC boards and the ability to perform analysis on circuit boards.
• Candidate must have excellent computer and communication skills.
