Description

We are seeking a Team Leader with a passion for leadership, continuous improvement, and strong coaching abilities. At our Bossier wood plant, we manufacture dovetail drawer boxes, cabinet organizers, drawer fronts, decorative crowns, and accent moldings for the kitchen cabinet industry. Order customization sets us apart from the competition, and we’re looking for someone to help us maintain that standard of excellence.

Shift: 3^rd -8 PM – 6:00AM

Pay: DOE

Key Responsibilities

Promote and maintain a safe work environment; identify and correct unsafe conditions.
Perform daily cycle counts on materials.
Monitor team performance to ensure defect-free work and quality standards.
Ensure proper use of calibrated measuring devices.
Troubleshoot and correct non-conformance issues.
Coach, support, and train employees while ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
Organize and balance work order flow across functional areas.
Maintain and oversee equipment repairs as needed.
Recognize opportunities to exceed production goals.
Enforce 5S disciplines.
Address and correct substandard performance.
Other duties as assigned.
