Welders Needed for Metal Fabrication Company in Meriden, CT!

Pay Rate: $20-25/hr (based on experience)

Hours: 1st shift – 6:00am-2:30pm M-F

Welder Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG and MIG welding on various metals according to specifications and blueprints

• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment safely and efficiently

• Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and proper dimensions

• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work orders

• Prepare materials for welding by cutting, grinding, and fitting components

• Perform finishing work such as grinding, polishing, and cleaning welds

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following company safety standards

Preferred Experience of Welders:

• 1–2 years of prior welding or manufacturing experience

• Familiarity with TIG and MIG welding processes and techniques

• Ability to read and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and weld symbols

• Comfortable with general labor/physical work

• Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs
