Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency across departments

Manage administrative staff and coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel

Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships

Handle incoming communications and correspondence

Support HR functions including onboarding, timekeeping, and compliance

Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting

Foster a positive and productive work environment
Key Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in office management or administrative leadership

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
