Leading Manufacturer in Milford, CT seeking Multiple Packaging and Light Assembly Operators! 

3rd shift:  11:30pm-7:30am Monday-Friday *must be able to work OT as needed

                 **May have to train on 1^st shift

Pay: Starting at $25.74/hr + opportunity for advancement!

Light Assembly Operator Responsibilities: 

• Loading raw materials into automated packaging machines and performing quality inspections
• Troubleshooting machines as necessary to resolve quality and operating deficiencies
• Perform quality inspections on in-process and finished product per written instructions
• Implement continuous improvement modifications as required
• Overtime and weekend work, as needed, and be shift-flexible

Light Assembly Operator Qualifications: 

• 2 years prior experience in the manufacturing field or machine operating 
• Ability to read, write, and document 
• Prior experience working with assembly/ assembly machine’s preferred
