Warehouse Order Picker (forklift) – 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Location: SW Indianapolis
Pay: 20.50 per hour

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate powered industrial trucks and order pickers to move products and materials

  • Use a handheld scanner to accurately track inventory

  • Load and unload trailers

  • Keep the work area clean and organized (we follow the 7S system!)

  • Follow safety and quality procedures

  • Support inbound receiving tasks

What You’ll Need:

  • At least 1 year of warehouse experience

  • Precious certification to operate powered industrial trucks

  • Willingness to work overtime if needed

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift 50 lbs frequently and over 75 lbs occasionally

  • Move and handle objects of different shapes and sizes

  • Bend, squat, push, pull, twist, and stand or walk for long periods

  • Use hands and fingers to operate tools or equipment

  • Work in both hot and cold warehouse environments

Nice to Have:

  • A great attitude and strong teamwork skills

  • Good communication with peers and supervisors

  • High school diploma or equivalent
