Job Opening: Resident Advisors at Carroll College

Westaff is seeking temporary Resident Advisors for youth summer camp in Helena at Carroll College!

College students are encouraged to apply!

Schedule: Sunday – Wednesday, 8pm – 8am (one shift will be 6pm – 8pm)

Term: Temporary, 4 days, July 27^th – July 30^th 

Pay: $12/hour

Duties:

• Act as point of contact for the students between 6pm-8am.
• Accompany students to sponsored evening social events at Carroll College.
• Staff support will be available to RAs by phone during this time.
• Enforce “lights out” policy (10:00pm – 6:00am) by monitoring student compliance and ensure students remain in their assigned rooms during this period.
• Conduct room checks at 10pm.
• Will be provided with a dorm room and are permitted to sleep during the “lights out” period but must remain available to students, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Handle confidential information
• Experience working with youth, especially high schoolers preferred
• Must pass background checks
