Westaff is Immediately hiring a Production Lead/ Supervisor Fill-In for Candy Manufacturer in Meriden, CT.  

Hours 2nd shift: (summer hours) 3:30pm-1:00am Mon- Thurs & 12:30pm-4:30pm Fridays 

Pay: $25/hr opportunity for advancement 

Production Lead / Supervisor Fill in Responsibilities: 

• Packing (able to read, write, complete paperwork and follow production orders) 
• Record and total how many cases (boxes) were produced. 
• Using a pallet jack to move materials or skids containing finished goods from one area to another.
• Demolding (removing the molded chocolate piece from the mold).
• Maybe inserting molds into a molding machine. Inserting only, not operating it.
• Supervisory duties when needed including production leading, direction of employees, scheduling, and assisting with production standards. 

Production Lead / Supervisor Fill in Requirements: 

• Some supervisory / team lead experience 
• Experience in food production and manufacturing
• Bilingual need to be able to communicate in english and spanish
