Now Hiring!!  Food Quality Tech in St Cloud, MN The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for conducting analytical and clerical tasks within the department to support the company.

Shift: Monday to Friday , 4:30 pm to 12:30 pm

Pay: $19-$20 – Depending on Experience

 

Job Description:

 

  • Make sure all employees, guests, and temps follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

  • Monitor and record temperatures, scale accuracy, and metal detector settings

  • Check product quality through sensory evaluations and daily sample testing

  • Keep samples organized and complete daily quality paperwork

  • Help verify product safety before shipping,

  • Follow all local, state, and federal food safety rules

  • Attend team meetings to stay up-to-date on quality standards

  • Report any food safety or GMP concerns to the QA Manager

  • Perform daily inspections of plant areas and cleaned surfaces (including ATP swab testing)

  • Make sure cleaning and sanitation procedures are being followed

     

 

Requirements:

 

  • Previous food manufacturing or quality assurance experience preferred. (2+ years)
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to stand and move constantly.
  • Computer software experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED
