Operations & Logistics Management Trainee (Bilingual) – Direct Hire

Overview:

We are seeking a bilingual Operations & Logistics Management Trainee for a structured two-year leadership development program. This full-time, direct hire opportunity is ideal for recent college graduates interested in building a career in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rotate through departments including logistics, warehousing, packaging, rail, administration, and commercial operations.
• Lead teams, manage performance metrics, and support process improvements.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on local and global projects.
• Conduct audits to ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Participate in structured training and leadership development.

Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor’s degree (starting salary: $50,000) or Master’s degree (starting salary: $55,000).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
