Key Responsibilities:
- Rotate through departments including logistics, warehousing, packaging, rail, administration, and commercial operations.
- Lead teams, manage performance metrics, and support process improvements.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and KPI reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on local and global projects.
- Conduct audits to ensure safety and quality compliance.
- Participate in structured training and leadership development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (starting salary: $50,000) or Master’s degree (starting salary: $55,000).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
