Job Opening: Level 2 Help Desk Engineer
Description
Shreveport, LA company hiring IT Help Desk Engineers paying $70K doe. This position goes directly onto the company’s payroll! Focuses on advanced troubleshooting, ticket management, system administration, and direct client support in a fast-paced MSP environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Configure and maintain systems, servers, and M365
- Use RMM and PSA tools effectively
Requirements:
- 3+ years in IT support/help desk roles
- 1–2 years in a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365, networking, hardware, virtualization, and security
Preferred:
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft)
- Experience with scripting or automation
