As a Customer Service Representative Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, solutions driven and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Communication with customers through various channels (Email, phone, instant message)
- Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
- Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
- Works closely with the accounting department to resolve to resolve price discrepancies, billing issues, and other accounting related issues.
- Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
- Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.
