Westaff is Hiring for a Order Selector on 1st shift in West Springfield, MA!

Shift: Monday – Friday, 10am – 6pm 

Payrate: $18

 

Order Selector Responsibilities:

 

• Accurately pick products based on order slips or digital devices.

• Use electric pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment to transport and organize items.

• Ensure correct quantities and quality of items selected.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.

• Perform quality control checks and report any discrepancies or damaged goods.

• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment.

• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management as needed.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.

Order Selector Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting preferred, but not required.

• Experience operating electric pallet jack. 

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Comfortable using technology and scanning devices for order selection.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
