Now hiring for a Customer Service Rep/Shipping Clerk
2nd shift hours from 4:30p-3:00am Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri
Pay based on experience from $23-$25/hr
Long term temp to hire role
This position will support customers while entering important data and information into the Warehouse Management Systems.
Duties include but not limited to:

Respond to telephone inquiries and provide assistance to customers or redirect calls to the appropriate personnel

Ensure the accurate entry, preparation, and confirmation of both inbound and outbound documentation, adhering to established policies and procedures.

Verify that all receiving and shipping documentation is precise and fully completed.

Deliver prompt responses to inquiries, requests, and needs.

Monitor and ensure compliance with customers’ special requirements.

Assist customers in resolving issues and addressing questions.

Maintain a tidy and organized work environment.

Communicate effectively with team members and inform management of any situations that may impact customer relations.

Support the integrity of inventory for stored products, ensuring alignment with customer specifications.

Undertake special projects as assigned by management.

Collaborate with fellow customer care team members to guarantee that all office responsibilities are executed promptly and accurately.
