Westaff is hiring for 3rd shift General Laborers in Bloomfield, CT!

 

Shifts: Friday, Saturday, Sunday. 6:00PM – 6:30AM 

OR

Monday – Thursday, 5:00pm – 3:30AM 

Payrate: $19.00 an hour 

 

General Labor Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our warehouse team as General Laborers. In this role, you will assist with a variety of tasks to support daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and general upkeep.

General Laborer Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and containers

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

• Move materials and products throughout the warehouse

• Perform inventory counts and assist with stock organization

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area

• Follow all company policies and safety protocols

• Assist with other duties as assigned

 

General Laborer Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Prior warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but not required

• Ability to lift up to [insert weight – e.g., 50 lbs] consistently

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
