Immediate hire for a Data Entry Clerk located in New Orleans, LA.
Temporary Assignment
Pay: $13.57/hour
Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00p
Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities:
- Answering telephones , take messages , transfer calls to proper department.
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic records
- Schedule and create calendar invites for meetings, hearings, and other appearances.
- Greet guests & clients in a professional manner
- Data entry from documents
- Ensure all documents and records are accurately mailed, submitted, and/or forwarded to the appropriate party.
- Other duties as assigned.
Data Entry Clerk Requirements:
- Ability to perform duties independently
- Prior office experience preferred
- Ability to learn and navigate computer systems
- Essential traits include flexibility, dependability including reliable transportation, taking initiative, maintaining confidential information, and completing work with an elevated level of attention to detail and accuracy.
