Property Management Company seeking to hire Site Clerk for property based in Meriden, CT!
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Pay: $18/hour DOE
The responsibilities of the Site Clerk are:
- Answer and direct phone calls using appropriate phone etiquette.
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and providing assistance as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks such as work/job orders, scheduling, records of income/expenses/complaints etc.
- Maintain professional and thorough communication with owners, supervisors, venders and residence.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Process payments, issue receipts.
- Ensure maintenance repairs are scheduled and completed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
The requirements of the Site Clerk are:
- Experience in property management administration preferred
- Proficient in clerical tasks with strong organizational abilities and familiarity with front desk operations and customer interaction.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to operate phone systems and handle multi-line calls.
- Effective communication skills for customer support and teamwork.
