Hiring an Administrative Assistant for the Lawrence, Kansas area. $16/hour, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities include:

Provide administrative support functions including but not limited to managing calendars, scheduling meetings, database entry, ordering supplies, distributing mail, managing agendas for group staffs, handling correspondence and travel arrangements, filing, reconciling expense reports, and executing special projects. Work can be very confidential in nature as it pertains to the company and personnel information.

Skills and Requirements:

Special projects as assigned will require technical skills and problem solving. Position requires basic to intermediate level skill and competency.

Qualifications High School diploma or GED

Three years of Administrative Assistant experience Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Must have Microsoft Office 2010 scores on file Scores from previous versions will not be accepted

Typing must be 45 wpm

• Able to carry, twist, push, pull products and lift up to 20-50 lbs
• Able to stand, walk and bend for the entire shift
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse computers, a plus

• Basic math
