We're seeking Meat Processing & Santiation staff in Becker!  These full-time career opportunities boos your ability to add skills to your toolbox, join a fun-loving culture that works and plays hard, and consistent working hours year round!

Hours are Monday - Friday 11am - 730pm

Pay starting at $18/hour (+ with experience)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Cut, trim, prepare, grind, mix, portion/weigh, package, label all meat in accordance with customer specifications and our company standards.
  • Understand and apply knowledge of the GMP, HACCP, SSOP, SQF programs and be participate in on-going training. · Compliance with all food safety, sanitation and facility safety practices and processes.
  • Perform pre-operational sanitation as needed as well as daily post-operational clean-up and sanitation, including equipment set-up, break down and maintenance.

We're seeking cooler Warehouse help in Becker!  Join our fast-paced, fun working culture in a company that truly values their employees.  Many company perks!  If you're a team-player, who doesn't mind up and moving in cooler temps, we'd like to meet you for an opportunity in our warehouse!

Hours Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm, Pay: $20/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Manage proper product rotation, temps and inventory controls
  • Load and unload trucks and build pallets for shipping prep
  • Receive product verifying counts and PO validation
  • Assist in logistics scheduling and estimating
  • OS&D for products and documentation paperwork, as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Must be comfortable working in cold environments (cooler and freezer) 
  • Previous experience in warehouse and/or fulfillment is required 
  • Must be able to work necessary hours to complete the fulfillment for the week
  • Able to consistently lift up to 50 lbs
  • Capable in operating an electric pallet jack, forklift, stand-up and sit down to load, unload delivery trucks and pick orders in warehouse
