Description:

• Setting up, operating, and maintaining production machinery.

• Monitoring the production line for quality assurance.

• Inspecting finished products and troubleshooting production line issues.

• Carry and lift 50 lbs. or more of materials when needed consistently

• Making minor adjustments to equipment and informing the supervisor of major issues.

• Keeping accurate records of production output.

• Support production workers with picking and packing and packaging

• Other related functions as requested by management. Requirements:

• Have one year or more work production and or manufacturing work experience

• GMP food handling safety knowledge

• Able to work a 10-hour workday - Flexible to work overtime and off days when needed

Schedule: - Monday & Tuesday: Customer Service Support | Wednesday & Thursday: Warehouse Operations | Friday: Alternates - Hours: Standard 40-hour week, no weekends or evenings.

Key Responsibilities:

?? Warehouse Duties (50%): - Learn and assist with the pick, pack, and ship process. - Receive and inspect returned products, collect data, and process returns according to company procedures. - Unload containers and organize incoming products (must be able to lift boxes up to 50 lbs). - Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. - Wear appropriate warehouse attire and closed-toe shoes; no uniform required.

Key Responsibilities: ?? Customer Service Duties (50%): - Be the first point of contact for incoming sales and technical support calls via the call center. - Follow established workflows for different call types; log technical calls as cases in the CRM system. - Assist customers with product inquiries and troubleshooting with patience and professionalism. - Meet performance targets including customer satisfaction, response time, and case resolution rates.

Requirements:

? Bilingual — fluent in English and Spanish

? High school diploma or equivalent (required); technical trade schooling (electrical, mechanical, or plumbing) is a plus

? Minimum 2 years of customer support experience

ProLogistix is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join a reputable manufacturing facility specializing in plastics injection molding. We’re looking for a motivated, safety-oriented professional who is ready to bring their technical skills and reliability to a dynamic work environment.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a plastics injection molding manufacturing environment

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Certificate or diploma in a related industrial or maintenance field

  • Completion of an industrial maintenance apprenticeship is a plus

  • Proven experience with industrial maintenance, particularly corrective/breakdown repair

  • Strong knowledge of electric & hydraulic schematics and proven troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to read, understand, and apply electrical and hydraulic blueprints

  • Own basic standard and metric tools/toolbox

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Flexible to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed


Preferred Skills:

  • Trade school education in hydraulics or electrical systems

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong communication, time management, and multitasking abilities

  • Able to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
