Machine Operator Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned Blending Machines/ Fluidbed Machines in compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and safety regulations.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and yield targets.
• Recommend improvements for productivity, efficiency, and safety.
• Document all operations in compliance with Batch Records and required procedures.
• Adhere to all company policies and work safely.
• Ensure accuracy in all tasks and check work as needed.
• Participate in required training and assist with other tasks/projects as assigned by management.

Machine Operator Requirements:

• Familiarity with cGMPs, SOPs, and quality programs (HAACP, etc.).
• Ability to follow written instructions and ensure accuracy.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs throughout the shift.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks regularly.
• Ability to operate forklifts and blending machines (training provided if needed).

1st Shift 7:30am-4:00pm, 2nd Shift: 3:30pm-12:00am, 3rd Shift: 11:30pm- 8:00am

Machine Operator, Packer, and Utility Worker Responsibilities

• Packers are expected to pack product 
• Inspect packaging and product for defects 
• Packers, Utility workers, and Machine operators will all be expected to work in a manufacturer environment 
• Start and operate Magnetic Drilling (BDS) machines, RST machines & auxiliary equipment as needed
• Inspect product and make adjustments to machines as needed
• Adjust machines to ensure they are meeting quality and production standards
• Keep production floor clean of tails, moils, pellets, bottles, and an material i.e. regrind etc
• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Machine Operator, Utility, and Packer Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience (required)
• Prior Machine Operating experience (preferred)
