PT Admin Assistant responsibilities:
filing, faxing and scanning.
•Faxes/copies/scans documentation as needed.
. •Back up to answering phones and triages calls to appropriate staff when needed.
•Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask in a fast-paced environment and work independently without constant supervision.
•Knowledge and ability to use office machines and/or computers.
•Must possess average knowledge of numeric and alphabetical filing systems.
•Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette skills. •Demonstrates ability to work both independently with minimum supervision and as a team member.
•Able to stand or sit long periods of time.
•Able to lift up to 25lbs occasionally.
