Business Development Executive

A Lead Generate & Prospecting Individual

Pay: $50K-$55K Plus Commission

Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize daily work schedule to maximize time, while calling on existing and prospective accounts based on territory/zone.
• Generate leads by networking, prospecting, telemarketing, cold calling, and other methods.
• Qualify leads and move them through the sales cycle effectively.
• Follow up on prospects by calling, visiting, and setting appointments.
• Negotiate pay/bill rates and service terms based on positions and current market conditions, closing 3-4 accounts monthly.
• Secure service agreement, credit application, site evaluation and other required docs as necessary.
• Develop new business through effective sales activities, regular account check-ins, participation in client promotions, lunches, celebrations, etc. to foster long-term relationships.
• Service existing accounts, get new orders, participate in collections efforts (if necessary), etc.
• Drive an average of 70-150 miles weekly, while prospecting, visiting, and managing accounts.
• Document all sales activities in sales database.
