FOUNDRYMAN

Fettling positions available for employees to finish off castings using tools and techniques to trim and make good rough metal castings.

Inclusive would be mechanical trimming, heating and manual welding of the metal castings to bring them to a required standard of finishing then applying a protective coating. 

Manual Moldmakers to make and repair sand molds using patters, mold boxes and hand tools using bench, floor and pit methods

Manual core makers make cores for use inside molds to form holes or void spaces in castings using core boxes, sand, hammer, wire and other reinforcing materials, coating the core with protective coatings and baking methods  Willing to train the right person
