1st Shift Monday-Friday $18 Hour

Customer Service Triage Job Description:

• Customer service & communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot brake lathe service issues over the phone
• Dispatching service calls
• Processing service part orders
• Mechanical aptitude is required for inspecting, repairing and testing parts 
• Inventory control
• Organize used /refurbished parts. 
• Maintain documentation on repairs and returns. 
• Maintain the Service Repair area including tools and machines.
