Westaff is looking for a Customer Service Representative in the Gardner, MA Area for Immediate Start!

Pay: $18-$20/hr DOE

Temp assignment for a few months

Location: Gardner, MA

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Job Duties: • Conducts contract review per documented procedures and work instructions. • Accurately enters and processes orders, tracks order status, and expedites as necessary to ensure on time delivery. • Services existing accounts, obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing, past or potential new customers. • Qualifies customer RFQ’s to ensure accurate cross-referencing, UOM and prospective package is ready for processing. • Forwards quotations to customer as required. Minimum Requirements at least 3 years Customer Service or Inside Sales experience. • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Work independently and as a team player. • Effective time management and follow-up skills. • Must have good written and verbal communication skills with strong telephone skills • Computer experience in Windows environment, Microsoft Office suite.
