Westaff is looking for Machine Operators in the Peterborough, NH area for Immediate Start!
Location: Peterborough, NH
Shifts available include:
- 1st (7:00am – 3:30pm) Five 8-hour days
- 2nd (3:30pm – 2:00am) Four 10-hour days
- 3rd (11:30pm – 7:00am) Five 8-hour days
Job Summary: As a Machine Operator , you will produce precision bearing components that are used in aircraft engines, aircraft structures, and defense equipment used by the U.S. Military.
Machine Operator Job Description:
- Produce quality parts based on order priorities
- Complete machine set-ups Load materials and change tooling and attachments, as needed
- Trouble shoot operating difficulties
- Maintain necessary paperwork
- Perform mathematical calculations for machine and materials
Skills:
- 3+ years of machining experience
- diagnose machine problems and make recommendations to correct them
- Basic math skills and understand the metric system.
