Westaff is seeking a Statewide SASH Coordinator and Implementation Manager for a non-profit assisted living facility with multiple locations in the Burlington VT area. 

Pay: $24-$26/hr

Shift: Full Time (36 to 40 Hours)

Duration: Direct Hire

Remote and in person opportunity 

Statewide SASH Coordinator and Implementation Manager Summary: Remote and in person SASH coordinator will cover vacancies, mentor new staff, cover vacations, and support struggling panels. The Statewide SASH Coordinator (SC) supports vacancies at panels throughout the state via phone, zoom, and local in person support to sites.

Statewide SASH Coordinator and Implementation Manager Job Duties:

• Coordinates the needs of participants during staff vacancies by partnering with onsite staff and local partners, including attending SASH team meetings and organizing group programing.
• Supports model fidelity through the sharing of best practices with the SASH team and provides feedback to strengthen the implementation of SASH services.
• Cover the implementation manager role for multiple panels to support SASH staff in implementing SASH and engage in quality assurance work at those panels.
• Work closely with the SASH Administrative Team. 

• Must possess a bachelor's degree in Social Work or equivalent combination of background and experience.
• Previous experience coordinating services specifically for the senior or adult with disability client population is preferred.
• Knowledge of area resources and programs available to seniors and adults with disabilities, including transportation, health services, and recreational activities is essential.
• Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication is required.
• Must have knowledge of and an appreciation for the heritage, values, and wisdom of each resident and a commitment to the philosophy of a person’s choice to age at home.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• A working knowledge of MSWord and Publisher is highly desirable.
