Westaff is looking for multiple Maintenance Technician's. Have full- time or part- time hours. 

Pay: $19.00 to $23.00/hr DOE 

Hours: Monday thru Friday from 8am to 4:30pm 

Duration: Direct Hire 

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for painting, heating, and ventilation troubleshooting and repair.
• Responding to work orders 
• Minor plumber and electrical work. 
• Snow shoveling and landscaping. 
• Daily assignments will vary due to the site and availability of other maintenance staff. 
• On call for maintenance emergencies. 

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in property maintenance. 
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. 
• Ability to perform physical activities.
