Westaff is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper for a company in Meriden, CT! 

Pay: $19/hr

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

The Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper is responsible for:

  • Assisting with payroll
  • Entering job orders
  • Assisting with AP/AR duties
  • Assisting manager and estimators with any requests
  • Customer service/Administrative duties; 
  • Answering phones
  • Answering emails
  • Opening mail

The Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper qualifications are: 

  • Payroll/Bookkeeping experience.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Customer service/Administrative experience.
  • Reliable.
  • Maintaining professionalism/excellent communication skills.
  • MUST complete required bookkeeping assessment.
  • MUST be vaccinated.
