Westaff is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper for a company in Meriden, CT!
Pay: $19/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
The Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper is responsible for:
Assisting with payroll
Entering job orders
Assisting with AP/AR duties
Assisting manager and estimators with any requests
Customer service/Administrative duties;
Answering phones
Answering emails
Opening mail
The Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper qualifications are:
Payroll/Bookkeeping experience.
Ability to multi-task.
Must be a team
player.
Customer service/Administrative experience.
Reliable.
Maintaining professionalism/excellent communication skills.
MUST
complete required bookkeeping
assessment.
MUST
be
vaccinated.
