Westaff is looking to hire a Night Shift Supervisor for a Tire Company in their East Haven, CT locations!

Hours: Sunday-Thursday, Night Shift 4pm to Finish

Pay rate: $22/hr *Monthly bonus*

Supervisor responsibilities are:

• Overseeing 30-50 warehouse personnel
• Creating and delivering recognition/training programs
• Lead daily picking and loading of warehouse deliveries and pickups
• Entering work orders for maintenance issues/creating purchase orders
• Fill out incident reports
• Forklift certification of warehouse personnel

Supervisor requirements are: 

• 5+ years' experience in Leadership role
• Forklift certified
• Bilingual preferred
• Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft, Motorola 9010 scanning equipment)
• Reliable transportation
