Westaff is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for a company in North Haven, CT!

Hours vary between : Monday-Th 8am-6pm and Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: $16/hr

The Customer Service Representative responsibilities are:

  • Answer incoming calls.
  • retrieving and accurately entering orders
  • Fulfill customer service needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist/support customers and sales personnel as needed.
  • Stay informed of department policies, company direction, projects and issues.
  • Process manuals pick up and return slips for completion through proper channels.
  • Provide switchboard coverage for breaks/vacation coverage as required.

The Customer Service Representative requirements are:

  • Computer literacy
  • Professional communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Customer Service experience in similar role
