Pay: $18-$22/hr 

Hours: 7am- 3:30pm and on- call rotation

Duration: Direct Hire 

Location: Burlington, South Burlington, and Williston 

Job Duties:  

• Perform routine maintenance tasks. 
• Minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC fixes. 
• Seasonal tasks such as now clearing and weeding.
• General cleaning and upkeep of properties.

• Facilities Maintenance Occupations: 3 years (preferred). 
• Maintenance: 3 years (preferred).
• Driver's License (required).
