Westaff is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a local Accounting Firm in Helena, MT!!
Schedule: part time, 3-5 days per week, 9am start time with flexible hours!
Term: Career opportunity!
Pay: $20/hr+ DOE
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Assist with calendar maintenance and email correspondence
- Attend staff and other meetings and assist in maintaining minutes
- Collate and distribute documents received, both electronic and physical
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, reports and other correspondence
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Assist to maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Assist with retrieving and maintaining records from external sources
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional organization skills
