Westaff is hiring a SENIOR SECRETARY in St. Martinville, La.

**This is a temporary position lasting 680 hours**

Pay: $11/hour

Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Meetings
• Coordinate Icebreaker, FTMs, Family visits. (By making calls, sending letters, scheduling meeting rooms)
• Coordinate Transportation
• Conduct Absent Parent Search
• Correspondence to schools (new students), Atty/CASA of child Replacements
• Correspondence of Dentals/Physicals to caregivers
• Can enter TBHs, TIPS
• Make Referrals
• Follow-up on Referrals
• Request Records
• Type interview notes into system
• Type visits in WORD
• FAX/SCAN/MAIL
