WESTAFF is actively recruiting for a Field Tech/Installer the Durham area.
$15.00-$18.00 per hour depending on experience.
1st Shift-7:30am-5pm- and weekend work required/OT required at peak season
Field Tech / Installer Duties: As a Field Tech, you will be working out of the warehouse facility and on the road in our box trucks. This is a hands-on active position.
- Delivering and or picking up rental orders
- Installing Tents-Experience with installation of large tents required
- Load and Unload trucks
- Checking all paperwork to ensure the accuracy of the deliveries and returned items.
- Lifting is a part of the job position
- Job varies and changes according to the season and needs.
- Setting up and taking down tents, tables, chairs, etc.
- Maintenance of rental products (tents, tables, chairs, etc.)
- Climbing ladders, must feel comfortable doing
- Check truck for day’s route to ensure load is correct.
- Verify order details and obtain customer signature on shop copy of delivery invoice.
- Experience working in a party rental industry a big PLUS
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Clean Driving Record a must
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
