Manufacturing Company in Middletown, CT is hiring for a 2^nd shift Production Technician

Responsibilities:

• Installation of software, configuration and testing of manufactured appliances.
• Troubleshooting, repairing and calibrations of associated equipment.
• Must be able to work safely and follow all Company environmental, health, and safety requirements.
• Observes, records and maintains data in appropriate formats to ensure operations process is maintained within standard guidelines.

Qualifications for production technician:

• Must have at least 3 years of machine operator experience. 
• The ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing 10 pounds continuously, 25 pounds repetitively and 50 pounds occasionally.
• The ability to end, twist, squat, kneel, and/or stoop repetitively 6 to 8 hours per day.
• Computer knowledge 
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and other systems
• Install, maintain, and repair products and electro-mechanical systems and perform preventive maintenance work on equipment as needed.
