Part Time Administrative Office Assistant
Answering phones from employees and customers
Research and Respond to requests on shipments and deliveries
Maintain logs with all required information . Tracking logs .
Read and enter information daily . Ability to multi task.
Data entry numeric and alpha. Record keeping and filing
People facing position .Good communication skills and work well with a variety of people in person and over the telephone .
Weekend availability a big plus.: $16/hour
Shift: PT hours 1-5pm
