Our client is seeking an outgoing, friendly, and knowledgable HR Admin Assistant for a great company in the Shelburne VT area. They offer a casual environment, and work closely as a team. 

Pay: $20-$22 p/hr DOE

Shift: M-F 8a-4:30p or 8:30a-5:00p

Duration: Now-February 2023(possible extension or TTH for right candidate)


HR Admin Assistant essential duties & responsibilities:

  • Data entry into various HR applications
  • answer questions from seasonal employees regarding hours, pay, schedule, etc.
  • Communicate via email, phone, and in person with a variety of different personalities
  • Assist HR Director with seasonal functions - we do a spirit week, with food (help with serving), and a contest
  • Help conduct orientations

Must haves:

  • ability to handle and maintain confidential info.
  • must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • must be able to multi-task
  • quickly adapt to change
