Hour: 12:00pm- 5:00pm or 1:00pm-6:00pm, Monday thru Friday 

 Pay: $15.00

  • Previous Office Experience
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)

 Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the company’s customer care operations across all communication channels (Such as calls, email, and chat) efficiently and on time
  • Uphold brand identity and actively engage with customers to ensure that they feel supported and valued in every interaction.
  • Keep customers/passengers/guests’ satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
  • Adhere to the company’s standard operating procedures, and document all information about a customer interaction appropriately, using the software, databases, scripts, and tools supplied
  • Proactively take part in finding, reporting, and escalating any issues or recommendations for service or process improvement
  • Follow the communication etiquette standards and verbiage in every interaction
  • Ensure that all reports required by management are updated efficiently and in line with management requirements
  • If required, aid with the training of new agents as per company standards.
  • Grow and keep long-term client relationships. 
  • Perform all other duties assigned by the Line Manager efficiently and on time.
