Alternating 12 Hour Shifts, 3 days on, 3 days off, 4 days on, 4 days off
Pay Rate: $20 hourly
Transfers finished goods between staging areas and work stations.
Assembles, pad prints, cuts, reworks, degates, etc., per QAR standards, customer or GW supplied samples, hold tag instructions, special instructions from Quality Assurance, or special instructions from Quality Engineering.
Identifies product that has been completed in Secondary. Box templates or secondary labels are initialed indicating completion of work. Product is then moved to the Finished Goods shelf next to weigh count in Secondary.
Assures that the containers used to hold the nonconforming-sorted product is clearly identified as “SCRAP”, and places scrap in proper container for processing.
Completes required daily quality documents, such as attribute tally sheets, etc.
Repackages product if boxes are damaged per Hold Tag instructions. ? Moves all sorted products to the designated area for Quality Audit.
After the audit, moves the accepted production to weigh count or finished goods inventory location.
Maintains a daily log of completed work to confirm established production rates are being met.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet documented production rates is required.
Attention to detail a must.
Excellent attendance and a commitment to following company’s safety guidelines.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Flexibility to work additional hours and weekends as required.
Must be able to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods of time.
