Westaff is Looking for Scheduling Coordinators on a day shift in Fitchburg, MA for IMMEDIATE HIRE!
Pay: $16.83/hr
Hours: 9am – 5pm w/ OT available | Monday – Friday
Scheduling Coordinator Job Details:
- Ability to use routing and planning software to schedule passenger routes
- Communicate with contracted transportation vendors regarding scheduling services, any applicable changes, cancellations and service expectations
- Understanding customer expectations and vendor service requirements
- Maintain accurate database of program schedules by area, vendor, and client files relative to any applicable requirements.
- Experience with computer software, such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook
