Description: Carroll College, a private, Catholic liberal arts college located in Helena, Montana is seeking a Coordinator of Advancement Services & Charitable Gifts.  The Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the accurate processing of philanthropic gifts and grants to the college, ensuring accurate database records and donor files and compliance with relevant laws, generally accepted accounting principles, Council for Advancement and Support of Education standards, and internal policies. Collaborate with key stakeholders and prepare statements and reports as needed. Additionally, the Coordinator will work as a member of the Institutional Advancement team, coordinating his/her activities with those of the other individuals within the department. This position is a 12-month, full-time appointment with a full benefits package, including generous holiday and leave benefits.

Qualifications:  The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Accounting, or related field. Related professional experience can substitute for a bachelor’s degree. Demonstrated knowledge of relational database systems and gift processing. Ability to handle a variety of special projects and prioritize work under a variety of demands. Ability to train others to appropriately use the database also required.
