Westaff is seeking an Office Assistant for a local hardware store in Helena, MT!
Schedule: Full Time Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
*some Saturdays worked*
Pay: $13-$15/hour DOE
Responsibilities of Office Assistant:
- Accounts receivables and payables
- Bank deposit, balancing tills, cashier
- Data entry and filing
- Answering multi-line phone
- Cashier duties when needed
- Tasks as assigned
- Bookkeeping experience a plus
- Great customer service
- Retail experience a plus
- Ability to work on a team
- Flexibility is a must
