Westaff is seeking a Salesforce Administrator for a national accounting firm located in Helena, MT!!

This individual will be a part of the Salesforce Team within the Operations Department and contribute to the success of the Firm.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and improvement of CRM platform
- Responsible for all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
- Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
- Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests
- Work closely with various internal and external teams on execution including the PYA Salesforce team, Accounting, Billing, Human Resources, and manage various vendors, consultants, and contractors
- Responsible for the documentation of processes and training materials
Requirements:
- At least one year of Salesforce administrator experience
- FinancialForce experience required
- Professional services firm experience is preferred
- Experience critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
- Have a strong understanding of the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
- Client-oriented work ethic, delivering high-quality results
- Creative problem solver with a high level of strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills and a passion for helping clients
- Sound judgment with ability to manage risk effectively
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent project management skills
