Job Focus: The Administrative Assistant supports the agency's executive director and the director of special projects.
Purpose of Position/Summary: Work for an agency that enforces the civil rights laws. The agency investigates complaints of discrimination and educate organizations, companies, landlords, associations, and individuals on their rights and responsibilities under Civil Rights Laws. As Administrative Assistant you report to the Director of Special Projects and support the Executive Director by producing reports based on data and the coordination of activities between the agency and external partners. This is a position which requires experience in an office environment creating and/or maintaining administrative procedures.
